At Bloem Atelier Floral, we work with the freshest seasonal blooms available. Because we are working with nature, specific flower varieties may occasionally be unavailable due to seasonality or market supply.

Please verify with the recipient that they will be home on your selected date, typically only one (1) delivery attempt will be made. If the recipient is unavailable, the order will be returned to our studio. The recipient or customer may then arrange to pick up the arrangement at our studio at an agreed upon time.

Incomplete Information: Orders with missing delivery details will be held. If the original delivery date passes while waiting for correct information, the order will be moved to the next available date. Incomplete orders are non-refundable; we will fulfill the order or provide a store credit.

Orders on Hold: If an order is placed "On Hold" because it could not be sent on the requested date, it cannot be canceled. We will fulfill the order on the next available date or provide a store credit.
