Designer's Choice Bouquet

• Please verify with the recipient that they will be home on your  selected date, typically only one (1) delivery attempt will be made. If the recipient is unavailable, the order will be returned to our studio. The recipient or customer may then arrange to pick up the arrangement at our studio at an agreed upon time.

• Incomplete Information: Orders with missing delivery details will be held. If the original delivery date passes while waiting for correct information, the order will be moved to the next available date. Incomplete orders are non-refundable; we will fulfill the order or provide a store credit.

• Orders on Hold: If an order is placed "On Hold" because it could not be sent on the requested date, it cannot be canceled. We will fulfill the order on the next available date or provide a store credit.

• For deliveries outside of our usual delivery zones contact us directly. 

At Bloem Atelier Floral, we work with the freshest seasonal blooms available. Because we are working with nature, specific flower varieties may occasionally be unavailable due to seasonality or market supply.

• Our Commitment: If a substitution is necessary, our lead designers will select blooms of equal or greater value.

• Design Integrity: We take great care to ensure the integrity of the arrangement is maintained. While the specific flower types may vary, we will always honour the original size, shape, and overall colour palette of your chosen bouquet.

• Handcrafted Variation: Every arrangement is a unique work of art; please embrace the slight variances that come with handcrafted floral design.

Classic- This is our smallest size. Expect 3 focal blooms, 3-5 accent blooms and  premium greenery. We do not use traditional "filler" flowers unless specifically requested. In a vase this arrangement is appropriate for a desk.

Signature- This is our medium/standard size. Expect 6 focal blooms, 5-8 accent blooms and premium greenery. In a vase this arrangement is appropriate for a 6-8 person table centrepiece.

Grand- Our Largest size. his is our medium/standard size. Expect 12 focal blooms, 8-12 accent blooms and premium greenery. In a vase this arrangement is appropriate for a large table centrepiece.
